In a world overwhelmed with so many challenges, looking good shouldn’t be one. It also doesn’t mean you have to be uninformed, lack awareness, or have a limited perspective.  I’ve wondered if any of the top tier designers, fashion houses, or global clothing manufacturers of fast fashion and throwaway trends, considered that eventually the scales would tip.  Don’t tell me, the thought of environmentally abuse never came across their minds? If the bottom line out weighs human existence, did they at least have a backup plan, like a superhero cape to save the day?  The eerie though, they’re willing to risk their own family’s lives.

I was told to pick my battles, well I did.  My love for fashion has been lifelong, and the earth sustained me all those years.  So these two are as much apart of me, as I am to myself.   GEO Owens Fashion  stands for something different—something revolutionary. Our brand is the belief that fashion can be bold, expressive, and sustainable. Our journey begins with denim—rescued, reimagined, and reborn into pieces that carry both a story and style.

That’s right!!  Here’s where the union of fashion and sustainability happens.  Definitely tune in for the real talk about denim/sustainability, and ways to efforts to remedy earth’s dire forecast for our future.  There will be tutorials on how the creative process is done, and you will be amazed.  Unwanted apparel is upcycled into eye watering artistic fashion with Purpose, and socially acceptable across the fashion world.
